We toured dozens of new construction homes in our search. When we walked into the ACG home, we knew instantly that it was a cut above the rest. The quality of the design, materials and craftsmanship stood out immediately, and as we dug deeper – looking at the hydronic floor heating, for example – we became even more convinced that this home was exceptional. When a builder uploads to their website a mid-construction 3-d tour of a house being built, you know they have confidence in their engineering, materials, and design.
